Last Friday, the first judo exams of 2026 took place at Fight Game Academy. Twice a year, judoka have the opportunity to demonstrate the techniques they’ve learned to coaches and an audience. Parents, guardians, and other visitors were welcome to watch from the sidelines.

The tension among the judoka was noticeable. During the demonstrations, they not only showed throws and holds, but also their perseverance, self-confidence, and dedication.

The exams were conducted by Sem Schilt and Gerrie Dusseljee. It was a successful day in which each judoka was able to show personal growth at their own level.
