About the participants

Joining an existing group often proves difficult. Everyone already knows what is expected of them during the training. while you still know nothing about it. With us, you get the space to find your way. All participants have to learn and we help each other where necessary. During training, there is renunciation, fun and laughter.

Small group

Small group differentiates itself by:

  • Group size of up to 6 people.

  • To train behind the gym in the open air

  • The lesson consists of a warm-up, workout routine and honing the various combinations using the Semmy Schilt® combination converter and various practice and game forms.
